We love to take on new and exciting projects with a can-do approach to delivering
desirable results. Most times, as expected, these results are solely for the people
that we are working for and the exposure for doing the job is minimal... so we
have created a news page on our website to pump up a bit of exposure for our
work, as well as the people the we work for... Welcome to the KMpics.com

LOGO WORK for Jackrabbit Mountain Bike and Hiking Trails
|
The idea of a logo for S.A.B.A.s local mountain biking trail was taking form. The
members and volunteers that created Jackrabbit from the ground up wanted
something to identify this soon to be (or already) famous trail... thus began our
effort in volunteering our design input.
While out mountain biking with the club members, Kurtis was asked to start a logo
design that incorporated a rabbit riding a mountain bike.
Designs were tossed around and were starting to take shape before we put our
nose deep into it. Signs Fast of Hayesville started the design process and we
tweaked it then they tweaked it some more... and bam! A logo for Jackrabbit trail
systems was born! Take a look!
As designers we just cannot keep our nose out of anything that requires thought
into visual form in design.
We had already created a sticker out of a previous SABA logo design, and because
Kurtis Miller is a big fan of Jackrabbit and the SABA club, this was a chance to
give back to the people that make it happen.
Both logos were based off of design ideas started by S.A.B.A and the logo below is not
the final logo form (it was adapted to have a white circle inside the chain ring, the rabbit
in black and the text in black surrounded by white (we don't have that image file to
provide).

Realbird.com is no joke!
Our take on this website is its a two pronged approach to real estate marketing and lead generation
on the web... FOR FREE! (you can pay for an account that takes advertising away though)
#1 It allows you to post your property listings and market them easily with a large list of easy-to-
use tools on the realbird.com website. Live chat features (for your listings which is really cool)
and multiple photo uploads as well as easy fill-in description fields... and automatically posting to
other services and 3rd party real estate listing websites takes care of a lot of work for you.
#2 As a real estate listing search engine that you can customize and post on your website or social
networking websites this is a winning tool as well. Configuring and posting a customized portal to
the realbird.com listings search engine is as easy as filling in some fields and copying code and
pasting it into your website or blog (once you sign up for it). The leads generated from your
personalized portal (on your listings or the listings of others) go straight to you… easy as that!
It took a little time to figure out exactly what realbird.com does, all of the features are still
unexplored for the moment, but it appears that it branches out to almost every form of real estate
marketing on the web... AWESOME!

Below is an example of my customized portal. I have filled in the fields for $0-$200K properties in
30546 (Hiawassee GA.) yet the user can further adapt the portal search engine to their needs within
my website. REMEMBER IF YOU REQUEST INFO FROM THIS PORTAL IT COMES TO ME.

LOGO WORK for Chef Ben's Catering & Events
|
Chef Ben Sutton of Hiawassee GA contacted us to design a one page website
for his catering business. The website concept was to create a page that could
generate new customers outside of his already healthy word of mouth marketing
campaign.
The logo is actually a photograph of an old caricature of him that resides in his
home office. It was manipulated to represent his current look and characteristics.
He wanted checkered pants, white hair, and to be clean shaven… done. Just
some quick isolation, eye catching text around the circle, and arched text with
shadowing and we have a logo!

Big Al's Pizza Website and Photo Shoot
Great pizza, wonderful people. They already had a logo for their business but they
needed it on black for the website I built for them... so I isolated the logo and since it
had a black shadow on it I put a red glow of set shadow to it. The Pizza pictures on
the website www.Bigalspizzaco.com were shot on location.

Thanks to Mark Corry, the Licensed General Contractor that built this home, for hiring
me to come on out and take some pictures of his homes that he has built! He will have
a website soon... and if nothing else a web presence on Mountain Building Partners
soon.
